Paragon Homes provides a construction project management service by combining custom stamped designed drawings, on-going cost analysis, tendering process, special material selections and construction project management. We will also manufacture-produce via our vendors a home package-kit with our wall system R-32.
We have 35+ years of experience as construction project manager.
In 1988, we took the decision to provide combined services of plans and designs as well as our unique construction project management system. The reasoning behind this was the dissatisfaction we felt when we realized that true design vision and construction care were lacking with many general contractors, trades, and vendors.
Cost overruns and inadequate attention to detail are sadly all too common in the building industry. Someone must genuinely care about your project, to be committed and accountable to you and your budget for its complete success.
